  9.  ║    This utility may be used from all points of the program except        ║
  10.  ║    when you are using the spreadsheet.                                   ║
  11.  ║                                                                          ║
  12.  ║    It is also pulled up from the UTILITIES module.                       ║
  13.  ║                                                                          ║
  14.  ║    Press <C> form UTILITIES or F9                                        ║
  15.  ║                                                                          ║
  16.  ║    The calculator looks like a paper adding machine.                     ║
  17.  ║                                                                          ║
  18.  ║    If you have never used a calculator on a computer -                   ║
  19.  ║    keep in mind the Slash (/)  is the divide key                         ║
  20.  ║                                                                          ║
  21.  ║    the Asterisk (*) is the multiply key                                  ║
  22.  ║                                                                          ║
  23.  ║    Once you have made your calculations you can export the final         ║
  24.  ║    figure with the <F8> key                                              ║
  25.  ║                                                                          ║
  26.  ║    Example:                                                              ║
  27.  ║            In the EXPENSE module (TODAY) at an active record:            ║
  28.  ║            (place cursor at New total) (Press <M> modify to get there)   ║
  29.  ║            Press <f9>, <C>  the Calculator appears                       ║
  30.  ║            enter last accumulated mileage 22891                          ║
  31.  ║            (from New total last record)                                  ║
  32.  ║            + todays mileage                   75                         ║
  33.  ║            Total =                        22966                          ║
  34.  ║            Press <F8>                                                    ║
  35.  ║    Your new total mileage is placed at New Total                         ║
  36.  ║                                                                          ║
  37.  ║    Similarly, you can place a value at any field in any database.        ║
